Context & Challenge
The largest beauty company in Brazil greatly values their leaders. So much that they have biannual events to sharpen skills and vision for the future.
Big events come with the price of logistics – flights, hotel rooms, schedule – so it was time to have their own platform to take care of all of those details.
The challenge was to create an app that allowed thousands of collaborators to handle all aspects of their leadership
event experience.

The result was an exciting and fully integrated new platform with everything needed to the team to launch an event 3x faster than before. Not only that but the collaborator was now able to enjoy the event with every detail of the journey in his pocket.
The acceptance and great feedback of the app raised the bar for the organization of new events inside the company.
